Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality Is Debuting a New Diner Concept

Renovations to the existing 3,186-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on June 10 and finish on December 10.
Salad and Go is known for bringing “salads and more to the drive-thru with blazing fast, friendly service and a fresh crunch of whole-food goodness.”
"We were born to be in Texas. Everything’s bigger in Texas, and everything’s bigger at Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher,” shares the concepts' owner, Joey Maggiore.
The eatery is known for serving craft beer alongside Smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, shoestring fries, onion rings, and milkshakes
Coming to 405 N St. Mary Street, the shop will join the apartment complex The Travis Building.
"We just feel like there is a unique opportunity to expand and highlight the food scene in an area that we believe craves local experiences," shares the concept's co-owner.
The boutique coffee chain now totals four locations in the San Antonio metro area and 32 in the Lone Star State
"Games, large TV screens, and live music and entertainment" will be offered.
The renovations will include the "removal of [the] existing coffee kiosk to create a new coffee line counter with direct access to the existing BOH spaces serving the Starbucks."
Public records show that the 1,625-square-foot space will soon be fitted with a new partition, finishes, and equipment.
"FIAMME Pizzeria will continue the resort’s tradition of offering excellent cuisine that appeals to guests of all ages," shares the President & Chief Executive Officer at Ryman Hospitality Properties.
Taking over the former Fratello’s Deli spot at 2503 Broadway Street, the eatery will land near Family Dollar, Stonegate Pharmacy, and The District Bouldering.
"Wildflour has had the support of this community for the last six years now and for that we are very blessed and grateful."
The eatery will offer a menu "inspired by the rich culinary traditions of New Orleans, featuring classic Cajun dishes such as gumbo, jambalaya, and po’boys."
Renovations will include a "new 1,000-square-foot walk-up restaurant" and "minor pavement improvements."

According to a recently submitted permit application, Buc-ee’s plans to renovate its 1700-square-foot New Braunfels outpost at 2760 IH-35.
The renovations — which include tearing down the "existing brick oven building" and rebuilding to a kitchen with two attached restrooms, as well as a new storage room — began on March 1.
Coming to 5534 N 1604 W Landmark Parkway, the eatery will land near iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Kerbey Lane Cafe, and Velvet Taco.
