The fast-casual chain Salad and Go is expanding its San Antonio-area footprint, planning to debut a new location in Cibolo.
According to San Antonio Express News, the company is bringing an outpost to FM 1103 and Green Valley Road — near establishments such as Domino’s Pizza, Great Clips, and Sonic Drive-In.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Salad and Go is known for bringing “salads and more to the drive-thru with blazing fast, friendly service and a fresh crunch of whole-food goodness.” On the menu are salads, wraps, soups, and breakfast items like burritos and bowls served with homemade salsa.
With more than 80 locations nationwide, and further expansion planned for 2024, Salad and Go is quickly becoming a significant player in the fast-food industry — “shaking things up by making meals that are not only convenient and affordable but good for guests and the local communities.”
