Construction of the new, 8,045-square-foot space at 25839 IH-10 West — near establishments such as Jersey Mike’s Subs, Tesla, and Texas Roadhouse — is scheduled to begin on November 1 and to be completed by August 31, 2024.

Owner Mori Bagheri tells What Now San Antonio that the eatery will be able to seat around 220 guests, including bar seating and spots outside on a 1,355-square-foot outdoor covered patio.

In regards to the menu, patrons can expect to find a “polished” version of what exists, but no compromise in quality — “We have a scratch kitchen; the sauces are all made from scratch” he shares, adding, “We take pride in what we serve.”

According to the permit application, local firm DTM Architects will carry out the project for an estimated $2,600,000.

Bagheri shares that the new location is slated to open around this time next year. Stay tuned for updates
