The Los Angeles-based noodle concept Jinya Ramen Bar plans to open a second San Antonio location, according to a recently submitted permit application.

Drawing from the filing, the company will begin the construction of a 3,414-square-foot new space at 7010 N Loop 1604 W. #205 in January 2024, slated for completion in August 2024.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Jinya, the concept is known for “its slow-cooked approach to ramen, made from broths simmered for 20 hours in-house.”

“From its customizable menu to sleek interiors, Jinya Ramen Bar presents a contemporary Japanese dining ideal for lively social gatherings for all ages,” the Jinya website shares.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Jinya on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
