“We are excited to open the Marlin Bar at The Shops at La Cantera and present a new Tommy Bahama experience to the San Antonio market,” said Doug Wood, CEO of Tommy Bahama in a statement. “The Marlin Bar concept is one of the ways Tommy Bahama is different from other lifestyle brands. We’ve had a retail store in La Cantera for almost 20 years, and by adding our food and beverage along with a beautiful new retail store, we’re creating a new way for our guests to enjoy the full Tommy Bahama shopping and dining experience.”

The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar features a new style of service–orders are placed at the bar, then the food and drinks are delivered by servers to the table. This streamlined approach appeals to a more casual diner while still providing guests with the signature Tommy Bahama experience conveniently located in The Shops at La Cantera.

The menu offers fresh, locally sourced guest favorites & signature dishes, including Tommy Bahama’s Coconut Shrimp, Blackened Mahi Mahi or Filet Mignon Tacos, All American Beef or “Nashville” Hot Chicken Sliders, Ahi Poke Bowl, salads, sandwiches and Pina Colada Cake or Key Lime Pie for dessert.
