According to a recently submitted permit application, Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse at 19210 I10 West in San Antonio — near establishments such as Mi Familia at the Rim, PINSTACK bowling alley, and PJ’s Coffee — plans to undergo renovations.
What Now San Antonio reached out to representatives at AZ Group, the operator behind the concept, but they could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Stating that the “remodel/addition consists of added conditioned restaurant dining space, a cigar room, and interior alterations,” construction is slated to begin on January 6, 2025, and finish on August 4. For an estimated $2,500,000, the project will be carried out by local firm Castro Studio LLC.
