Stating that the “remodel/addition consists of added conditioned restaurant dining space, a cigar room, and interior alterations,” construction is slated to begin on January 6, 2025, and finish on August 4. For an estimated $2,500,000, the project will be carried out by local firm Castro Studio LLC.
