According to a recently submitted permit application, Jersey Mike’s plans to debut a new outpost at 12730 NW Military Highway in San Antonio — where it will land near establishments such as Infinity Nails, Pet Bath & Beyond, and The Lost Bar and Grill.
The filing discloses that the interior tenant finish-out of the existing 1,500-square-foot space is scheduled to begin February 26 and be completed in August. For an estimated $250,000, the project will be carried out by St. Louis-based design firm Oculus Inc.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the upcoming outpost’s franchisee, Derek Murph, to inquire about the anticipated opening date, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, founded in 1956, Jersey Mike’s is known for offering a range of hot and cold sandwich options. The brand is international and currently has over 2310 locations.
