Coming to 7560 IH 35 North in Windcrest, the outpost will land near establishments such as Conn’s HomePlus, Goodwill, and Texas Thrift Store.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s co-owner Bryce Pohlmeier to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Construction of the “new 2,350-square-foot wood framed one-story fast food restaurant” is slated to begin on October 1 and be finished in March. For an estimated $1,100,000, the job will be carried out by local firm Redwood Architects.

For readers unfamiliar with Burger Boy, the chain is known for “The Working Man” — a combo that includes a double burger, a large order of fries, and a large drink. In addition to burgers and fries, the eatery serves milkshakes in flavors such as Big Red, root beer, Fruity Pebbles, and Dreamsicle.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
