According to Community Impact, Hollywood Park-based dining concept Purple Garlic Italian Cafe plans to debut a second location.
Coming to the Churchill Estates retail center at 14415 Blanco Road, Suite 105, the eatery will land near establishments such as Beast Gym, Ito Ramen, and La Nostra Famiglia Trattoria.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Purple Garlic, the concept debuted in 2011 at the Galleria Oaks shopping center and its menu offers “traditional Italian dishes, such as fettuccine alfredo, pasta formaggio, eggplant parmesan and a range of salads, appetizers, pizzas, subs and desserts,” Community Impact reports.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Nick Bolleter, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
