Coming to 515 Villita Street, Casa Catrina will take over the former Fig Tree spot — a historic residence that dates back to the 1800s, referred to as the Gray-Guilbeau House.

“We love the warehouse we’re in currently, but there’s no heating, there’s no air conditioning,” shares Co-owner Angela Manciano.
