According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery is coming to 107 N River Street in Seguin — landing near establishments such as Ebi Ebi Sushi, Seguin Bar & Billiards, and The 1908.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Krissy Neely, to inquire about the upcoming business, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers additional insight.
Improvements to the 1,000-square-foot space began earlier this month and will include building a kitchen and bar, installing a walk-in cooler, resurfacing the floors, and replacing the front door and windows. For an estimated $125,000, Kingsbury-based firm Armstrong Quality Construction is tasked with carrying out the project.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
