According to a recently submitted permit application, a new dining concept, Yana Kitchen, is opening at the Culebra Retail Center in San Antonio.
Coming to Suite 107 at 12015 Culebra Road, the eatery will land near establishments such as O’Reilly Auto Parts, Schott’s Meat Market, and Whataburger.
What Now San Antonio reached out to Yana Kitchen’s owner, Michael Lin, to inquire about his plans for the restaurant, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Renovations to the 4,000-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on August 30 and be completed on December 31. For an estimated $480,000, Houston-based firm TDCK Architects Inc. will carry out the project.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
