According to MySA, Atlanta-based cheeseburger joint chain Smalls Sliders is coming to San Antonio, planning to debut 12 new outposts from “Alamo Heights to Hollywood Park, Boerne to Windcrest, and everything in between.”
“Per a news release, the cheeseburger slider-centric concept has signed an agreement with local franchisee owners/father-and-son duo Ramzi and Danny Hakim to open 12 Smalls Sliders locations across the city,” the journal shares.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Smalls Sliders was founded in 2019 and its menu is known for being simple and affordable, boasting a few simple burger options, fries, and milkshakes.
“I was initially attracted to the can design and intentionally limited menu, and once I was introduced to the powerhouse leadership team leading the charge on development, I knew this was a brand I wanted to be a part of,” Danny Hakim shares in a recent press release.
He continues, “We’re looking forward to opening our cans across San Antonio over the next few years and are eager for the impact they’ll no doubt have on each community we enter.”
Smalls Sliders intends to debut its first San Antonio outpost at the end of 2025.
