The finish out of the existing 1,762-square-foot space is slated to begin on August 12 and be completed on January 13, 2025. For an estimated $350,000, the work will be carried out by Irving-based firm IDStudio4, LLC.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, “In 1995, the Einstein Bros. Bagels brand was created by Boston Market after it acquired multiple bagel shops to fall under the newly established brand,” the concept shares on its website.

“Fresh-baked bagels are how we roll. Our bakers get up every morning before the sun to fire up the ovens and begin the bagel-baking ritual. Batches of Classic, Signature, and Gourmet flavors are baked fresh throughout the day and ready for you to enjoy with your favorite double-whipped cream cheese shmear,” the introduction continues.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Einstein Bros Bagels on Facebook for updates.
