According to a recently submitted permit application, Dunkin’ Donuts is expanding its San Antonio footprint—planning to debut a new outpost at 1010 Culebra Road, near establishments such as Dollar Tree, El Canelo #6 Mexican Grill, and Sunshine Laundromat.
What Now San Antonio contacted the location’s franchisee, Rishad Rajabali, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, according to the filing, construction of the 2,200-square-foot unit is slated to begin on January 6, 2025, and finish in December.
For an estimated $700,000, the project will be carried out by Houston-based firm Reese Design Services.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
