According to a recently submitted permit application, Salata Salad Kitchen is preparing to open a new outpost in Cibolo.
Coming to 18384 IH 35 N., Suite 101, the eatery will land near establishments such as Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, and Willie’s Grill & Icehouse.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the franchisee, G4U Restaurants, LLC., to inquire about the expansion, but the founder could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that the finish-out of the 2,732-square-foot space is scheduled to begin on October 1, 2024, and to finish by December 1 — and will cost an estimated $250,000 to complete.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Salata, the business was founded in 2005 and currently operates 86 salad kitchen locations across 5 states, according to its website.
“With over 50 fresh toppings and a dozen signature dressings to choose from on our menu, we give you the freedom to customize your salad or wrap however you like so you can eat, feel and live the way you want,” the eatery shares.
