Coming to 1201 N Loop 1604 W, 117, the shop will land near establishments such as Baskin Robbins, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Stone Werks Big Rock Grille.
AJ Hutalla, who will operate the location alongside his partner Gardy Dominguez, tells What Now San Antonio, “Combined me and Gardy have over 25 years in the restaurant industry and 10 years with It’s Boba Time. We’re excited to introduce the brand to the Texas market and are planning to open multiple locations.”
He continues, “In order to do that we’ll focus on providing our guests with a quality product along with amazing service and a clean restaurant.”
Additionally, the filing reveals that renovations to the existing 1,361-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on December 1 and finish on March 1, 2025 — and will cost an estimated $350,000 to complete.
For readers who are unfamiliar with It’s Boba Time, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “It’s Boba Time began with a simple love of boba. We enjoyed it every day and began to feel that we could make it even better. In 2003, we started with a menu of 40 drinks; today, we have over 140 menu items, and we continue to create new items every year.”
It’s Boba Time is slated to open in spring 2025. Follow the business on Facebook for updates.
