According to a recently submitted permit application, Gatti’s Pizza is expanding its San Antonio-area footprint.
Taking over a 1,706-square-foot tenant space at Walmart at 831 US Highway 59 in Cleveland, the eatery will land near establishments such as Comfort Inn & Suites, Honey Bee Coffee, and La Costa Seafood & Bar.
The filing describes the project as the “interior build-out of a Gatti’s Pizza into an existing tenant lease space in an existing Walmart” and states that construction is scheduled to begin on January 6 and finish on March 3, 2025 — costing an estimated $150,000 to complete.
