According to a business Facebook page, the eatery is coming to 4026 TPC Parkway in San Antonio’s Far North Central neighborhood, near establishments such as JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa and the golf club TPC San Antonio.
Additionally, What Now San Antonio recently obtained a lease agreement that Chops & Eggs has signed for a spot at 1387 FM 1103 in Cibolo, slated to begin in January 2024.
What Now San Antonio reached out to Co-Owner Jordan Jaradat to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, based on operations at the Corpus Christi restaurant, both San Antonio and Cibolo locals can expect Chops & Eggs to bring along hash options — such as crab cake hash, chorizo hash, and corned beef hash, all served over crispy potatoes — as well as flapjacks, omelets, eggs benedict, crepes, waffles, and french toast.
For diners who enjoy a more traditional lunch, the menu also boasts burgers and sandwiches, and, for dinner, patrons will be able to enjoy steak, lamb tips, or fried chicken.
Opening dates have not yet been announced, so follow Chops & Eggs Hash House on Facebook and Instagram for further updates.
